Workers can work primarily in residential facilities and disability support centres under direct or regular supervision within clearly defined organisation guidelines and service plans. They carry out activities to maintain personal care and/or other activities of living for people in a disability support setting. These workers promote a person - centred approach, work without direct supervision and may be required to supervise and/or coordinate a small team.

To achieve this qualification, the candidate must have completed at least 120 hours of work as detailed in the Assessment Requirements of the units of competency.


 Certificate IV in Health Administration provides students with the capabilities to complete a wide range of senior administrative task work autonomously and as a senior member of staff in an administrative team within the health industry which includes private practice, hospitals and community health centres.
